Michael was born and grew up in Sydney and thinks it’s the best city in the world!

He has travelled extensively throughout Australia, Asia, South America and Europe. He also went to Butlins when he was little.

Michael believes that travelling is all about meeting new people and experiencing new things.

And just loves putting his backpack on and heading off to somewhere new.

Michael spends most of his time at OzIntro HQ in Sydney, and will be there to help you with everything you need. He’ll also give you lots of great info for travelling around Australia.

Likes: Swimming in the ocean at night. Nachos with sweet chili sauce. Seeing someone fall over.

Dislikes: Alarm clocks. When his hair goes fluffy after he's been swimming. Untangling Christmas tree lights.

Age: 31

Lucy lives in England and loves going down under!

She has made the journey several times and has lived in Sydney for two years.

Whilst in Australia she managed a large backpackers hostel and has also worked for one of the UK's largest independent travel networks.

Lucy is passionate about travel and can't wait to help get you started. As well as Australia she's travelled through Asia, Indonesia, South America and New Zealand.

Lucy will be there to help you before you go. She'll be your booking agent, travel consultant, advisor, supporter and motivator. And she’ll be there to answer all your questions.

Likes: The finer things in life. Like wine, olives, salsa dancing, and watching Peter Kay DVD's in her pyjamas whilst eating Haribo.

Dislikes: Grumpy bus drivers. Loud eaters. Routine.

Age: 28

Trent was born and raised in Sydney but has travelled all over the world.

His biggest adventures have been driving across Europe in an old ice-cream van, riding his bike across Thailand and joining his local lawn bowls club.

Trent spends his time now between Sydney (with OzIntro), Thailand (with ThaIntro) and the Sutherland Shire (with his mum.)

Trent will be your Group Leader in Oz and will make sure you have a fantastic time and get all the help you need.

Likes: Climbing trees. Dancing like a lunatic. Monkey business.

Dislikes: Itchy jumpers. Wearing shoes. Constipation.

Age: 26

Robyn is a country girl, who grew up in outback Australia.

Having been raised mostly by various packs of wild dingoes Robyn’s survival instincts are second to none.

Robyn regularly completes a full week of work, whilst partying, drinking, going to fitness classes and learning to speak a foreign language. She sleeps for roughly 4 hours a week.

Robyn brings sunshine to all those around her, even when it’s 3am. She’ll show you the happiest, funniest side of Australia, even when you’re sun burnt and hung-over.

Likes: Fluro. Short shorts. Men in fluro short shorts.

Dislikes: Dull colours. Getting more than 4 hours sleep. Not much else.

Age: 25

Simon has spent the last couple of years living and travelling around Australia.

Before joining OzIntro he worked at The Whitsundays - where he got paid to work on his suntan.

With a fancy surname (De Castella) and piercing blue eyes, you’d think Simon was from somewhere exotic. But he’s from Twickenham.

Simon will be your Group Leader and will make sure you have the most awesome time in Australia. And that you get a good tan.

Likes: Anything made out of spandex. Jagger bombs. An all-over even sun tan.

Dislikes: Rain. Sunglasses. Tan lines.

Age: 25

Elisa is based in our UK office. (Which has an amazing view of a picture of Sydney Harbour!)

She has travelled to Australia twice and loved it. And she’s keen to help you to have a great time too.

Elisa will be there to answer all your emails and phone calls, take your booking, and to help you with anything you need for your trip to Australia.

Likes: Walking in Ugg boots. Reading trashy magazines. Yoga.

Dislikes: Running in Ugg boots. Cold crappy weather. Burberry.
