You can book online or over the phone and can pay by credit or debit card. We do not charge any fees for card payments. You can pay a deposit to secure your place or pay in full. Full payment must be at least one month before your start date. If full payment is not received we will assume that you're not coming and cancel your trip, so please let us know if you need extra time to pay.
We understand that sometimes plans change. So if, after you have made a booking, you wish to change your date of departure you can. This date change is free if made more than 14 days before your start date. If made within 14 days, an administrative fee of $150 is applicable.
If you need to cancel your trip but you have a friend who would like to take your place then the normal cancellation & booking policy is applicable. We cannot transfer your booking to another person.
If you need to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
If you cancel more than 14 days before your start date there is a $200 cancellation fee.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your start date full payment will be lost.
No cancellation fees will be waived as a result of the following:
Injury or sickness, delayed, rescheduled or missed flights, climatic, social or political problems, pandemics, epidemics, bird flu, swine flu, leprosy, shingles, pink eye, rickets or chaffed lips. However, you may be able to have any cancellation fees refunded by your Travel Insurance company - subject to their terms.
We can apply for your visa on your behalf. You will need to fill out the visa application form and pay for it before we can apply, which you can do from the Check in Area once you've booked OzIntro. The Australian Department of Immigration do not issue refunds for declined applications, therefore OzIntro will not be able to issue a refund in such circumstances either. The Department Of Immigration may require additional information from you to process your visa. If this happens we will inform you of what information you need to provide. It is your responsibility to provide the relevant information or arrange any medical examinations in the timescales required. OzIntro will take no responsibility for delayed or declined visa applications. We recommend that you do not make any non-changeable travel arrangements until your visa has been granted.
Sometimes it rains in Australia. So we might have to change the itinerary. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to offer a particular activity, we will replace it with a different activity of equal or greater value.
All we ask is that you act responsibly and respectfully. We reserve the right to ask anyone who is causing trouble to leave the group. In the event you are asked to leave the group no refund will be given.
OzIntro will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of baggage or belongings.
Travel Insurance is recommended.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss as a result of failure of any third-parties (including Airlines, Tour Operators & Hoteliers), however we will give every reasonable assistance in helping you to resolve any dispute. The responsibility of OzIntro as a Tour Operator is limited. We are not liable for any personal injury, death, damage, loss, accident or delay which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying you or carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise in connection therewith.
We will not share your contact details with any third-parties or retain your credit card details for any purpose. We will use the personal information you give us to apply for your visa, bank account and tax file number.
